- COMMISSION PRICING -

(Please read my TOS before commissioning me!!)

FullBody Price: $70
Waist-Up Price: $50
Bust-UP Price: $30+Multiply existing prices by the number of characters you want in your commission
(EX: 3 characters x FullBody Price = $210)Fully rendered +$20
Detailed Background +$20

(Minimal Shading, Flat color, and Greyscale come at no extra cost. However, detailed backgrounds cannot be added to Minimal Shading, or Flat color artwork. Nor can they be fully rendered)(Also if you need additional clarification please feel free to ask me!)

GENERAL TERMS

- My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement
- AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFT’s.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
- When giving me references, send as many colored character and outfit references as possible. Big or small, as many as you deem necessary for me to complete the commission.
- Whether or not I post a finished commission is completely up to me. However, if you don’t want your commission posted let me know

PAYMENT & FEES

- I currently only accept pay through cashapp
- Pricing will be specified during commissions
- Once I send the first WIP I expect payment
- There is a complexity fee of $10-$20,
if this fee applies to a commission is up to me.
- If the art is needed within a certain timeframe, there will
be an added Rush Fee of $20

REVISIONS

- There is a max of 3 major revisions
(EX: a new color palette, an entire outfit change,or new pose,
entire detailed background change)
- If something minor is wrong or missing you can ask me to fix it free
(EX: Missing piercing or different eye color)

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

- Commissions can take up to 3 weeks to 2 months
(This is subject to change and I will tell you if it does)
- I will keep you updated on commission progress and delays
- If you want an update outside of me sending you them,
you are free to ask as much as necessary

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

- I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
- Promote myself and my services
- Post it on social media and in my portfolio
- Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).

CLIENT RIGHTS

The client is allowed to:
- Use the artwork for personal purposes only
- Print the art for yourself
- Post it on social media with proper credit to me.
The client is NOT allowed to:
- Use the artwork commercially without permission.
- Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
- Remove signatures/watermarks.
- Resell or redistribute the artwork.

REFUNDS

- I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
- Chargebacks are prohibited
- Refunds are only available before the drawing is finished

Final Agreement

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms above.
